With a subscription to It's Your News, you get three full color, professionally designed newsletter shells every quarter. It comes complete with custom graphics, professional layout and exciting and relevant design. And, of course, there's plenty of blank space for you to add your news! You receive the actual digital Microsoft Publisher file so you are in complete control of your newsletter. You simply type in your news! Just think of the time you'll save every time you produce your newsletter!
You get one newsletter shell design each month. If you only publish your newsletter quarterly, then you have three to choose from. Just pick which design you want to use each time and start saving time and money producing your newsletter.

With this option, after you've completed typing in your news just email the completed Microsoft Publisher File back to us and we'll print it, in full color on 8.5 X 11 glossy paper, fold it and drop ship the quantity of copies you ordered to anywhere stateside for you or your staff to do the final processing. If you like, we can address and mail your newsletters to everyone on your mailing list complete with your return address. We do not maintain your mailing list so if you order this service you will have to email your mailing list to us with each months newsletter file. We realize your mailing list is proprietary and can change even monthly so you need to stay in complete control of your mailing list. And since you email it to us each month we're always working with your most current list. Of course, our privacy policy completely protects your mailing list. We delete them immediately after mailing, do not keep a copy, and would never publish, sell, or share it with anyone. Check out our pricing for addressing and mailing your newsletters.
How it works -
First, when you subscribe, we custom design a unique masthead, to your specifications, for your newsletter. Then each month you will receive an email from us notifying you that your newsletter is ready for downloading. Clicking on a link in that email takes you to a page on our website where you can download your newsletter. You receive the actual Microsoft Publisher file so you will be in complete control of your newsletter (you'll need Microsoft Publisher version 2003 or later). When you open the file you will see a fully designed, color newsletter that is ready for you to begin adding your content. It will also include relevant custom graphics that you can use or remove. We try to provide you with lots of options with each newsletter so you can produce a newsletter that is uniquely yours. Your first step is to insert your custom masthead, then simply choose the custom graphics you want to use and begin typing in your news.
