Newsletter Subscription ~

2-Side 8.5 X 11 Full Color Newsletter (3 designs)

• Quarterly - $129 per year

One-time graphics design fee for designing a custom Masthead for new accounts - $50

Custom Printing ~

Full high color printing, on two sides, using 28lb. glossy paper:

• $0.88 each, includes folding and tabbing

Bulk shipping to your mailing service charged at prevailing shipping rates depending on your choice of shipper.

Mailing Service ~

Addressed and mailed stateside to everyone on your mailing list:

    List processing fee: $35 per job

 ~ we verify that all your addresses are deliverable and convert them to the U.S.P.S. standard address format, add the U.S.P.S. bar code, and sort to postal standards.

If you want to use envelopes:

• Envelopes $0.035 each (we are quoting our cost so it may vary as the price of envelopes varies)
• Print envelopes - $0.10 each (we print your return address on the envelopes)
• Stuff/seal envelopes - $0.05 each

Postage ~ (Due up front)

• Postage $0.334 each, standard rate (minimum 200 pieces)
• Postage $0.41 each, first class (no minimum)

Terms ~

Subscription fees are due and payable in advance of any work being done. Postage and mailing services are invoiced via PayPal and due before work is completed.  Other invoicing arrangements can be made on special circumstances.
